This Privacy Policy applies to the Gift Chick Android application, its website and related services (together, the “Service”). For privacy questions, email m.mokrim1989@gmail.com.

1. Scope and responsibility

This Policy explains the information processed when you create or use a Gift Chick account, complete activities, interact with advertisements or offer partners, invite friends, request rewards, contact support or use our website. Third-party offers and destinations may have separate privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, Google account identifier, country, referral code and profile details.
Reward and cashout details you submit, including the selected reward method and the information needed to deliver it. Do not submit payment passwords or unnecessary financial information.
Support, contact, deletion and partner-program submissions, including the content and attachments you choose to send.
Information you provide when entering a code, using referrals or participating in promotions.

Information generated through use

Points, gems, hearts, completed tasks, referral activity, cashout requests, transaction history and reward status.
Offer interactions and conversion information received from reward partners, such as user or external identifier, offer/campaign, transaction identifier, completion status, reward amount, timestamps and reversals.
Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, country/region, IP address, network information, device or advertising identifiers, push-notification token, logs, errors and security signals.
Where you give the required consent, information about installed apps and app usage, including usage duration or history, may be processed by supported reward SDKs to provide playtime offers, measure eligibility and attribute rewards.
Website information such as browser type, approximate region, submitted forms and basic server/security logs.

3. How we use information

Create and operate your account, authenticate sign-in and provide app features.
Show activities, offers, games, surveys and advertisements that may be available to you.
Attribute, verify and credit eligible rewards; maintain balances and transaction history; process cashout requests.
Operate referrals and partner features under the rates and rules currently shown in the app.
Send service messages and push notifications, when enabled.
Prevent duplicate rewards, bots, abuse, account fraud and violations of our Terms.
Provide support, respond to legal requests and improve reliability and user experience.
Comply with law, accounting, security and regulatory obligations.

We may share limited information with service providers and partners only as needed for the purposes above. Depending on the features available to you, these parties may include:

Authentication, hosting, database, notification and diagnostics providers, including Google services such as Google Sign-In and Firebase.
Advertising, measurement, survey and reward partners, which may include Google Mobile Ads, Adjoe, CPX Research, Wannads, ayeT and OGAds, as configured in the Service.
Reward fulfillment and payment providers needed to process a redemption you request.
Professional advisers, authorities or other parties where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Partners may process identifiers, IP address, device data, usage signals and offer events under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or measurement activity may be treated as “sharing” under certain privacy laws; where applicable, you can exercise relevant choices through device settings, consent controls or by contacting us.

5. Advertising, offerwalls and external destinations

Gift Chick contains advertisements and third-party reward experiences. Ads may be contextual or personalized where permitted and consented to. Offer availability, eligibility and reward decisions may depend on your country, device, profile and partner rules. When you choose an offer, you may be taken to a partner page, browser or app store. The third party controls that destination and its own data practices.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain account and service information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the Service, settle transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements and meet legal or accounting duties. Retention periods vary by data type.

You may request permanent account deletion inside Gift Chick through Menu → Settings → Delete Account, or through our web deletion page. We may verify that the request belongs to you. Once approved, the account and associated personal data are deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Limited records may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution or financial recordkeeping; retained data is restricted to those purposes. Deletion cannot be undone and unused points, gems and pending rewards are forfeited.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of certain data. You can disable push notifications in device settings, adjust advertising choices in Android/Google settings, decline optional permissions or consent, and stop using a third-party offer. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.

8. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport where supported, access controls, server-side reward verification and anti-fraud protections. No method is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries different from yours, subject to appropriate legal safeguards where required.

9. Children

Gift Chick is not directed to children under 13. Users below the age of legal majority must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and some offers may require users to be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our practices, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the new effective date here and provide additional notice when required.
