These Terms are an agreement between you and Gift Chick. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. Certain partners or offers may require you to be 18 or older. Do not use an offer if you do not satisfy its rules.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in account secure and use only your own account. One person may not operate multiple accounts unless we expressly allow it. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly about unauthorized access.
3. Points, gems and virtual items
- Points, gems, hearts and similar balances are promotional virtual items, not bank deposits, stored value or legal currency.
- They have no cash value except through an eligible reward option actually displayed and approved within Gift Chick.
- Rates, activities, referral commissions, thresholds and available rewards can vary by user, country, device, inventory or partner and may change.
- Only activity successfully tracked and verified by our servers and the relevant partner is eligible for credit.
- Delayed reporting can occur. We may correct duplicate, reversed, fraudulent or incorrectly credited transactions.
4. Ads, surveys, offers and third parties
Gift Chick displays advertisements and reward opportunities supplied by third parties. We do not guarantee that any specific activity will be available, that you will qualify for a survey or offer, or that a third-party product will meet your expectations. Before starting, read the offer’s instructions, eligibility, deadlines and privacy terms. Purchases are never required unless the offer clearly says so and you voluntarily choose to proceed.
5. Fair-use and prohibited conduct
You may not use VPNs or location spoofing to misrepresent eligibility; bots, scripts, emulators, automation or click manipulation; duplicate or false accounts; altered devices or network traffic; stolen identities or payment information; misleading referrals; or any attempt to interfere with tracking, callbacks, advertisements or security. You may not resell accounts, balances or access. We may withhold or reverse rewards while investigating suspicious activity.
6. Cashout requests
You must meet the threshold and provide correct, active fulfillment details. Available methods and values are those shown in the app for your account. Valid requests may take up to three business days to process; Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded. Processing can take longer when verification, provider availability or additional review is required. Incorrect details may delay or prevent fulfillment. Where permitted by law, approved rewards are final.
7. Referrals
You may share your referral code with real people using lawful, non-spam methods. Referral rates and eligibility are shown in the app and may change prospectively. Self-referrals, fake accounts, paid bot traffic or misleading claims are prohibited. Referral rewards are credited only after the required activity is verified.
8. Partner program
Meeting the public eligibility thresholds permits you to apply; it does not guarantee acceptance. Partner status, weekly points, priority support, referral-code customization, faster review and other benefits remain subject to verification, availability and continued compliance. Content must be authentic, lawful, accurate and must not promise guaranteed earnings. We may review, pause or end a partnership for low-quality, fraudulent, misleading or non-compliant promotion.
9. Suspension, termination and deletion
We may limit, suspend or terminate access, cancel pending rewards or reverse improper credits when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, investigate fraud, comply with law or enforce these Terms. You can request deletion in the app or on our Delete Account page. Account deletion is permanent and forfeits unused balances and pending rewards.
10. Service availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, continuous offer inventory, guaranteed earnings or error-free third-party services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gift Chick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost opportunities or third-party conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; otherwise, stop using the Service and request account deletion.
